About Me
Hello! I'm Kayla Rocca, a Toronto-based photographer specializing in editorial, portrait, fashion, lifestyle, and wedding photography. With 15 years of professional experience, I’ve had the honor of capturing over 100 weddings. My work has been featured in both print and online publications, including Toronto Life Magazine, Wedding Bells, The Kit Magazine, The Grid Magazine, FASHION Magazine, Pure Green Magazine, and House Magazine.
My approach to wedding photography is natural, raw, and fun. I aim to authentically capture you, your guests, and the essence of your special day, letting the celebration flow uninterrupted. Through my lens, I focus on preserving both the significant emotional moments and the subtle, beautiful details that make your wedding unique.
While we’ll make time for stunning portraits of you, your wedding party, and your family, I prioritize creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience. My background in portrait and documentary photography allows me to offer a fresh and personal perspective in capturing your story.
I intentionally limit myself to photographing no more than 15 weddings a year, ensuring that each couple receives my full creative attention. While I’m based in Toronto and Los Angeles, I love traveling across Ontario and around the globe to document love stories.

How long have you been a photographer?
I’ve been shooting professionally for 15 years.
What camera equipment do you use?
I use professional digital Canon equipment, including a Canon R5 and a Canon Mark IV. My lenses are:
Sigma ART 35mm (1.4)
Sigma ART 50mm (1.4)
Canon L series 85mm (1.2)
Canon 24-70mm
My style works best in natural light, but I also use flash for evening dance shots.
How do you describe your style?
My photography style is candid, happy, fun, moody, and documentary-like.
Do you have a second shooter?
Yes, I bring a second shooter/assistant to any wedding with over 50 guests.
Will you provide us with all the raw files?
No, I don’t provide raw files. Post-production is essential to defining my style and delivering the final images you hired me for.
How many images will we receive, and how long does it take to edit them?
You’ll receive the best 500 high-resolution JPEG images from your day. These will be delivered via an online gallery, which you can download and share with family and friends. Editing takes about 8 weeks.

Contact me via the booking tab on my website or email me at Hello@KaylaRocca.com. Once we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a contract. A 20% deposit is required to secure your date.
Are you the right photographer for our wedding?
I always recommend meeting with the couple before confirming a booking. This allows us to connect and ensure we’re a perfect fit for your special day!
